Session Fee $175*

Please check below to agree to terms. A $75 deposit is due to book this event.  This is a non-refundable deposit, with the exception of inclement weather or technical malfunction, or if there is a problem with the venue.  In these cases, the photo session will be rescheduled.  Because this session takes place at a private venue that charges a fee with no refunds, you may not apply your deposit to future session in this instance.

This session session is approximately 10 minutes long and includes 5 edited, high resolution digital images with print release. You may purchase additional images at a reasonable cost.  Your session time includes any time it takes to dress or prepare yourself, as well as pay the remaining balance.  Photographer suggests you come early to get ready and promptly be ready at your session time.

This shoot will take place at outdoors at Zebra Gallery, a private photography venue.  You MAY NOT take any selfies or cell phone photos at this venue.

THIS CONTRACT AND RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS (“Contract”) is between the undersigned photographer, Audra Mitchell and Audra Mitchell Photography and her associates (“Photographer”) and the undersigned Client, the parent of legal guardian of the child/children to be photographed.

HOLD HARMLESS

Client agrees to hold Photographer and her assigns harmless for any injury, damage or trauma received at the venue.   Client also agrees to hold harmless and Zebra Gallery, Kelly Santos or James Santos (owners of venue) and their assigns of any injury, damage, injury or trauma received at the venue.

NO PAPARAZZI OR SELFIE PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Photographer does not allow Clients or other family members or friends to photograph over her shoulder or otherwise during the photography session.  This is distracting to the Photographer, and only images taken by Photographer are allowed. Likewise, Client may not take selfies at the photo session.  If the Client continues to take photos of the subject after being warned by the Photographer, the Photographer may end the photography session with no further notice and will retain the deposit(s). 

TODDLERS & CHILDREN

If you are bringing your toddlers or small children to be photographed, please make sure they are supervised throughout the photography session and do not run around the venue or touch anything that they do not have permission to touch.  The venue may have several photographers on site photographing at different sets.  Please be respectful and mindful to not disturb and session in progress.

TIMELINESS

This is a back-to-back mini session shoot.  Client is purchasing a 10 minute session at the photography venue.  Photographer only has the venue rented for one (1) hour.  There is no room for being late.  If Client is late for the scheduled session time, Client may be photographed for the balance of time that is available during the scheduled session time.  If Client shows up past the scheduled session time, and there is no more time left during the time that Photographer has contracted with Venue, Client forfeits their session fee and no refunds will be offered, nor no rescheduling allowed without paying for another session.  If you are expected to be late or have other venue related questions, PLEASE CALL THE PHOTOGRAPHER -- DO NOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES.  Photographer will only answer phone calls during the scheduled time of the event.

WEATHER AND VENUE CONDITIONS

This is an outdoor venue; however, we will be photographing in the Greenhouse.  The lighting may vary from any sample photos related to this Event, depending on the time of your booking and the position of the sun, and weather.  If there is expected to be rain, snow, excessive wind, or intemperate, the event may be canceled or rescheduled.  Client agrees to check their email on the day of the Event to check for any possible Event cancelations.  

MINI SESSION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read the "What is a Mini Session" page on the "Book Mini Session" page and acknowledge and agree to the mini session terms.

RELEASE

Client understands that the Photographer is the copyright holder of any images resulting from the production and may want to exercise her rights to use any or part of the images from the production as advertisement or in a portfolio.  Photographer agrees not to sell or otherwise distribute Client’s images, except as aforementioned for portfolio purposes. 

Client understands that the images may be altered or modified in any manner by the Photographer. Client hereby waives any right that Client may have to inspect and approve a finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of Child/Children, or the use to which it may be applied.

Client further releases the Photographer and his/her direct or indirect licensees and assignees, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images.

Client states that they are of legal age and have the full legal capacity to execute this authorization without the consent or knowledge of any other person.
